Exhibition Packet IL MERCANTE IN FIERA CALABRESE

Il Mercante in Fiera Calabrese has an itinerant spirit, loves to know and to be known. Working on commission  basis by public institutions or private bodies, he organizes events with site-specific installations hosting the complete Series of 40 illustrations printed in giant version, including  art direction and press office. The aim is to bring to every latitude the culture of a land able to mix, during its millenary history, the most fruitful contamination living on the Mediterranean Sea. And just like the waves of that sea so much ours, il Mercante is constantly moving!

Design Project
Custom-made set-up, designed in relation with the needs and aims of the committent.

Setting up
N.40 Giant Playing Cards, double-sided panels, available in two sizes.
Jumbo size: Two-sided ultraviolet direct printing. Dimensions: Cm 132x200x2. Material: Communication with edging, white polystyrene rigid and shaped panel enclosed between two semi-expanded PVC sheets provided with protective film. No waterproof.
Medium size: Two-sided ultraviolet direct printing. Dimensions: Cm 66x100x0,5. Material: shaped Forex, rigid panel in high density PVC foam. Waterproof.

Bordeaux-coloured carpeting (240 / 120 sq.m.) and curtains in various themed colours.
N.25 LED lights.

Curatorship
Professional person responsible for anything related to the exhibition and the artistic line which characterize it, and who aim the creation of a net of cultural interactions focused on the project.

Press Office
Institutional assignments for information and press release drafting.

Advertising
Social media, web communication and traditional print advertising.

Dismantlement
Exhibition disassemblying and spaces restoration.

Transport
Movement of set-up stuff and staff travel expenses.
